The Vice Presidents for Research Meeting 2019 will be held on the 1st  Floor, Maha-Chulalongkorn Building, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand

Maha-Chulalongkorn Building is the first building on Chulalongkorn University Campus. This building served as classrooms for the Faculty of Arts.

CU shuttle bus services will be provided to/from meeting venue during the meeting.

Tuesday, October 29

  • Pick up at Pathumwan Princess Hotel at 7:30 a.m. to CU
  • Pick up at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square at 8:00 a.m. to CU
  • Return from CU to hotels at 8:00 p.m.

Wednesday, October 30

  • Pick up at Pathumwan Princess Hotel at 8:00 a.m. to CU
  • Pick up at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square at 8:30 a.m. to CU
  • Return from CU to hotels at 2:45 p.m.

  • Superior Room: single occupancy with one daily breakfast (THB 3,400 net per night) AND double/twin occupancy with two daily breakfasts (THB 3,700 net per night)
  • Deluxe Classic Room:single occupancy with one daily breakfast (THB 3,700 net per night) AND double/twin occupancy with two daily breakfasts (THB 4,000 net per night)
  • A confirmation email will be sent after the booking is done. Room availability is limited on a first come, first served basis. APRU delegates are advised to book on or before September 13, 2019 to avail of the discounted rate.
  • For room reservations using APRU group rates, please reserve using the VPRM 2019 Pathumwan Princess Booking Form and return to Mr. Kengkarn Wachirasuriya, Assistant Sales Manager at [email protected].

The transportation service between Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok International Airport and Hotel can be arranged.

Rate*: Toyota Camry for 3 persons and 3 suitcases at THB 1,500 net per way (~USD 47++)
